who we are

lewell.solutions — automation, software and analytics consultancy, based in São Paulo, Brazil. We are the controller of your data. Contact: hi@lewell.solutions.

analytics (only with your consent)

We use Google Analytics 4 (via Firebase Analytics) to understand how the site is used. This data is collected only after you click “accept” on the cookie banner. Before that, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent.

When you consent, we collect, in aggregated and pseudonymized form:

• pages visited and navigation
• device type, browser and approximate location (country/region)
• interactions such as button clicks and form submission (without the form content)

We never send your email, name, or the text you write in the form to analytics.

cookies

With your consent, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visitors anonymously. If you decline, no analytics cookie is created. You can revoke consent anytime by clearing the site's cookies or declining on the banner.

contact form

When you write to us through the form, we collect your email, company/role (optional) and the description of your problem. We use this only to reply and scope your project. It is stored securely (Firebase/Firestore), never used for analytics, and never sold.

legal basis

• Analytics: your consent (LGPD art. 7, I).
• Contact form: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in replying (LGPD art. 7, V and IX).

your rights

At any time you may:

• access, correct or delete your data
• withdraw analytics consent
• request portability or information about processing

sharing and retention

We do not sell your data. Analytics is processed by Google (Google Analytics / Firebase). Analytics data follows Google Analytics' default retention; form data is kept as long as needed for the business relationship.
